The Movement


Before inventing GluteFlex, I was maintaining Corporate Jets to the highest standards. It seems my passion for building and maintaining machines has never stopped, it simply progressed to the most sophisticated machine ever; the human body. When I began jumping and sprinting and losing weight because of it, I looked into which muscles were being activated and discovered it was predominantly the Glutes. I’ve been working out since I was 15 and not only have I never worked my Glutes before, I was never taught their importance when it comes to movement. The Glutes are the largest and strongest muscles in the human body; and the most neglected. They are the “forgotten core” muscles and act as a foundation for stability, transmission for mobility and suspension for agility. There is an extreme amount of sitting going on in the world today and this is causing the majority of health problems. We are designed to move and the Glutes are the driving force behind it. I envisioned GluteFlex to be a “life betterment” tool. With its simple set-up, lightweight portable design, it’s for everybody regardless of age, weight, or fitness level and it will counteract all the sitting going on in one’s life.
